Ms. Trainor joined Halifax in 2008. Her responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing financial analyses and due diligence, and conducting industry research. Previously, Ms. Trainor worked for CapitalSource where she focused on evaluating middle-market mezzanine and equity co-investments. Prior to that, she was with Annex Capital where she identified, evaluated, and monitored leveraged buyout investments. Ms. Trainor also worked for Bank of America's Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group. At Bank of America she worked on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and capital markets financings. Ms. Trainor earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
