Mr. Turner joined Halifax in 2006. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, performing financial analyses and due diligence, and monitoring portfolio company performance. Previously, Mr. Turner worked for Wachovia Securities in their Leveraged Finance Group where he participated in the origination, structuring, syndication and execution of acquisition financing and related corporate credit products, including traditional bank loans, institutional second lien and high yield debt, across a variety of industry sectors. Mr. Turner attended Vanderbilt University where he earned a B.A. in both Economics and Spanish, cum laude.
