Golden State Overnight Delivery Service, Inc. (“GSO”) Announces Strategic Alliance with Norco Delivery Services, Inc. (“Norco”)

PLEASANTON, CA – January 7, 2015 – GSO announced that it has entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Norco. Under the terms of the Agreement, GSO assumed responsibility for all overnight package deliveries currently provided by Norco/OverniteExpress on January 5, 2015. The Alliance will allow Norco to focus on the rapidly increasing demand for Same Day “Last Mile” Messenger, Mail and Courier Services.

The Alliance is expected to be advantageous to GSO and Norco/OverniteExpress customers as they will gain increased access to more than 1,200 combined GSO and Norco/OverniteExpress drop box locations throughout California, Arizona and Nevada. Additionally, Norco/OverniteExpress customers will benefit from GSO’s larger service footprint and GSO Ground service offerings. GSO will continue to support Norco/OverniteExpress drop boxes, labeling and packaging.
