The Halifax Group Adds 3 Vice Presidents

The Halifax Group is pleased to announce that Allie Atwood, David Calder, and Davis Hostetter have joined the firm as Vice Presidents.

Allie was previously an Assistant Vice President at Nationstar Mortgage, where she focused on investor relations and corporate development. Prior to that, Allie was a senior analyst at VMG Health. Allie started her career in investment banking at Stephens Inc., where she focused on providing M&A advisory and capital raising services across multiple industry verticals. Allie earned an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and a B.S. in finance and a B.S. in accounting, graduating with distinction, from the University of Kansas

David was previously a Vice President at Tower Arch Capital, a private equity firm based in Salt Lake City. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Leucadia National Corporation and also worked in the investment banking divisions of Deutsche Bank and UBS Investment Bank. He received an MBA from the Harvard Business School and an HBA and BA in Economics and Asian Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of Utah.

Davis was previously an investment analyst at Hayman Capital, an event-driven hedge fund based in Dallas. Prior to Hayman, Davis was an Associate at Diamond Castle Holdings, a private equity firm based in New York City. He also previously worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Deutsche Bank. Davis received an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Palmer Scholar, and a B.S. in Economics and Political Science, magna cum laude, from Duke University.
